Cancellation Policy

Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)

There is no guaranteed right to withdraw from a booking, with regard to the consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant the following conditions for cancellation:

More than 28 days before arrival – no cancellation fee; 14 to 28 days prior to arrival -30% of the booking terms; 14 days or less before arrival -70% of the booking value. In cases of early departure, late arrival or non-arrival, the full 100% will be charged.
