Guests preferring to wear their swimming costumes can access the Finnish sauna or the steam room. Alternatively, the panoramic sauna on the third floor is for guests wearing their birthday suits.

The Steam Bath and Finnish sauna at the Hotel Ambet in Meransen
Next to the swimming pool on the ground floor is a steam bath with a Finnish sauna. This was designed for those preferring to wear some form of swimming costume or bathing suit. After "sweating it out", refresh in the shower or in the 300m2 garden on the ground floor. As in the relaxation room, the garden is also equipped with sun loungers and waterbeds for two with soft cushions on which to unwind and relax.

The 17 m2 panoramic sauna on the third floor is the main feature at our spa. Basking in the heat of the Finnish sauna in view of the Dolomites helps to maximize the beneficial effects on both body and mind. The adjoining relaxation room is equipped with comfortable beds and glass walls facing outdoors that enhance the sensory experience.
